- Instruct design groups and co-ordinate all facets of the planning stages.
- Investigate major cost centre items such as site conditions and the most suitable structure and services to minimise design and cost problems.
- Prepare or enter into your Building Contract based on traditional Lump Sum, Design and Construct or Construction Management format.
- Provide a Job Specific and experienced Project Team with direct contact to our Senior Management including our Company Directors and all appropriate Consultants, Specialist Contractors and Suppliers. This will lay the platform to expedite a smooth construction process from conception to completion.
Obtain final certificates and completion of all defects during the maintenance period.
