Glenzeil has won the contract to build a four storey Health Precinct at Robina – including civil and groundworks for approximately 168 car park spaces adjacent to the Precinct.
Robina Health Precinct is a fully air conditioned building comprising 30 consulting rooms, meeting and general office areas, specialised Health Facilities including rooms for Allied Health Treatment, Physio, Cardiac Gymnasium, Family Therapy, undercover carpark and plantrooms. The external facade of the Health Precinct is terracotta tiles and alpolic cladding with sunshades.
