Word From the Directors

 Following on from our January newsletter we are happy to report that the company is on track to maintain our strong position and continued growth.

Whilst a few projects are coming to an end, others have either just commenced or will be starting very shortly.

The company has implemented several systems to continue to improve both on site and in the office. We are very conscious that as the company grows so to must our skills. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and we would like to give all the staff a pat on the back for their effort.

As the micro and macro economics continue to change with overseas finances, share markets, interest rates and consumer confidence all in the headlines we will maintain our conservative approach and strong client base and foster other blue chip relationships to insure our business can carry on in a controlled environment.

All our projects are progressing well even though the weather has had an effect. We have four basements all under construction with Nirvana, 38 Riverwalk Drive, Metier and Aspect. The Grande Pacific site did not lose much time due to rain but has been affected by wind. Mother Nature has had some impact on us but not as severe as north Qld.

We are very excited about some new opportunities on the horizon and together with our current workbook, the next 12 – 18 months is looking very solid.
