Business Management System

 Glenzeil has implemented its newly designed business management system. The BMS was designed with the help of consultant (Damon Anderson) and considerable input form project managers, Paul S, Nicole, Zoe, Karl, Marie and others. The BMS serves a number of purposes’:-

1 Offers avenues for continual company improvement through communication from all stakeholders including clients, staff and suppliers.

2 Helps meet our objectives and targets.

3 Gathers our existing safety and other systems under one umbrella.

4 Complies with accreditation to ISO 9001:2000, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2004.

The BMS sets out Glenzeils procedures, lines of communication, reporting processes and avanues for improvement to meet client satisfaction. The BMS was created to support our understanding that we need to continually improve our product and processes to remain competitive and highly regarded. Even small improvements on site can help us to operate more efficiently. Therefore we encourage feedback and ideas from everyone.
