Job Scope

Our projects are generally scattered around South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales however we have fulfilled contracts in Northern Queensland, Central Queensland and Metropolitan Sydney.

Forms of Contracts

Design and Construction (D&C)

Offers the client a simple method of designing a building to suit the project budget. We can quickly adjust the design to suit marketing/sales requirements, tenant needs or alterations to budgets.

A good design will serve the clients needs and provide an economic and safe solution.

Construction Management

An attractive method of fast tracking construction and still achieving a competitive construction cost. The client may want to be involved with us through the building process by assisting with design issues, letting trade contracts and exploring alternative building systems and materials without delaying site progress. Our supervision and management fee is agreed at the beginning of this process.

Tender or Lump Sum

Preparation of a lump sum tender based upon documentation prepared by independent consultants. This can be a lengthy process unless the initial cost planning and design is carefully managed. The success of this delivery concept is based on the quality of the documents and the working relationship with all team members.

Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)

To assist the clients project feasibility we can agree a maximum price the project will cost at the beginning of the process. Good communication and accurate reporting is required between the builder and client during construction to ensure success We regularly provide this service especially when all design issues are nor finalised at commencement.

  • Be your builder or joint venture partner.
  • Prepare preliminary design and cost plans during the feasibility stage.
  • Instruct Design groups and co-ordinate all facets of the planning stages.
  • Investigate ground conditions to minimize potential footing problems.
  • Prepare a Building Contract suitable to your needs.
  • Establish a construction team with direct contact to out senior management and day to day involvement of a company director to ensure we all experience a smooth construction process.
  • Obtain final certificates and completion of all defects during Maintenance period.

  • Embracing new computerized technology to assist our management and streamline communication and reporting .
  • All drawings can be emailed to us and printed on our plan printer. Including A0,A1, B1, A3 & A4 sizes.
  • Continual review of new construction processes and inherent design failures to ensure we design out potential problems.
  • Accurate estimating and cost planning systems.
  • Proven cost control and accountancy system.

In the current period of litigation and insurance claims we protect the rights of all parties including:

The days when the builder only covered himself or his welfare are over.

A full audited safety plan is maintained on all projects and constantly reviewed and actioned by our full time Safety Officers. Entry refusal to site of eviction will be strenuously enforced if any safety issues are not adhered to. This tough stance is essential to maintaining our high level of safety management. An excellent example of our site safety is shown through our work at Conrad Jupiter's Casino where we have completed very large and complicated projects over a ten year period within the operating building and achieved outstanding success.
