Ken Skrinis | Director
Ken has worked in the building industry since 1976, beginning as a tradesman and progressing to Director and is responsible for our financial and resources management whilst maintaining a close contact with all the projects. He has a Diploma of Building and is a Licensed Builder. Ken is our Financial Controller and chairs our fortnightly management meetings and ensures communication and pollination of ideas and information across the whole company. |

Brian Gabriel | Director
Brian has been involved in the Gold Coast building industry since 1979 and has managed many of the company’s major projects. He has a Diploma of Building, Diploma of Project Management, Master of Business Administration, is a Licensed Builder and Green Star Accredited Professional. He manages our contractual matters, construction and safety, whilst also maintaining a close contact with our projects. Brian is well versed in high rise and complicated construction projects and provides a well balanced and detailed view to our managers. |

Allan Beecroft | Chief Estimator
Allan has extensive experience throughout Australia, including all aspects of construction, design, estimating, cost planning and development. He has worked on major government and private enterprise projects of values up to $200M and will manage the estimating and design process.
He joined our company in 2000. His technical and professional experience allows us to “Value Add” and resolve difficult construction and cost situations. |

Alan Moss | Project Manager
Alan has built many large and prestigious projects. He was educated in the UK and has obtained comprehensive building experience in both the UK and Australia. His UK projects included buildings substantially larger than the average project we see here and his Australian projects have won MBA Awards.
He commenced his role as Project Manager with Glenzeil in 2003 and completed projects including High Rise Units, Hotels, Universities and Residential. |

Grant Thurlow | Project Manager
Grant is a major works Project Manager. He studied Engineering and Building Technology at RMIT and was a welcome addition to our Project Management Team in 2006. Over the past two decades, Grant has been heavily involved in high profile projects ranging up to $200M. He is a Senior Project Manager with a wealth of experience including Shopping Centres, High Rise and Hospitals.

Demo Roussetos | Project Manager
Demo is a major works Project Manager. He is a valued Manager with Glenzeil and has completed several of our premier projects including the QMBA award winning for the best project, the “Project Phoenix” alterations at Jupiters Casino ($50M). He has completed several high rise and sophisticated buildings.
He has a trade background and can resolve difficult buildability issues with a common sense approach. |

Steve Blank | Estimator
Steve has more than 15 years experience in the South East Queensland construction industry with extensive experience in the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. He has a degree in Quantity Surveying and has been involved in projects up to $100M.
He is very accurate in his estimates and is a leader in cost planning and producing detailed prices from preliminary documents. Steve will be responsible for the cost planning, estimating and various changes to the scope of work. |

Paul Garland | Project Manager
Paul is a builder who puts in the extra effort, striving for excellence in quality. Paul has a Diploma of Building and a Diploma of Project Management. He has extensive experience in the building industry and a long history with Glenzeil. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2004 and has managed some of our most prestigious projects, including the Byron @ Byron Resort, facilities at Couran Cove and the High Rise – Allure Apartments on the beach in Surfers Paradise. He is very particular and will always provide a building that exceeds the Client’s expectations. |

Rob Archibald | Project Manager
Rob is an enthusiastic Project Manager who has moved through the ranks after completing his Bachelor of Applied Science and a Diploma in Project Management. He has gained experience working on major projects and is now managing several projects concurrently where there is close contact and communication with the client and all parties associated with delivering the building on time and to high standard. He is very good at multi-tasking and always maintains control of the site and communicates very well with the Client, Consultants and Contractors. |

Kevin Fitzpatrick | Project Manager
Kevin is a Project Manager and has been with Glenzeil for over 5 years. He is a Licensed Builder and has a Degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Project Management. He has completed many Education Buildings as well as Aged Care, Office and Housing projects. Kevin is also trained in programming and therefore provides constant data to his staff regarding pre-planning and forecasting. Kevin’s good nature ensures all stake holders in the project are comfortable and confident that the project will be successful. |

Matt Sanders | Design Manager
Matt has completed numerous Design and Construct projects and is very comfortable with this type of delivery. He has a Diploma in Building, Diploma of Business and is a Licensed Builder. He will work with the design teams to co-ordinate all the elements of the project. Matt has a very good all round knowledge and experience as he has project managed large prestigious Residential projects as well as a range of other buildings such as Shopping Centres and Offices. |
Our Company
Glenzeil employs approximately 70 fulltime staff with a Head Office in Varsity Lakes and regional office in Rockhampton. We have been working to pursue company growth, including the embracing of new technology and improving our knowledge of the building industry, all whilst being environmentally sensitive and supporting the well being of our staff.
